La Tasca Trip
On the 27th February and the 6th of March, two year 8 groups went to the Spanish restaurant ‘La Tasca’ in the Trafford Centre.
As we walked in we were amazed by the unique decorations and furniture. After we were seated, we received a menu that had a range of delicious different tapas. There were so many interesting dishes it was hard to choose three! Some of the tapas included: Calamari, Croquettes, Meatballs, different types of Andalucian fish and many more! However, on the menu, all of the tapas were in Spanish, so the staff and teachers were helpful in explaining it all to us when it came to ordering.
After spending some time admiring our surroundings, the food came. Many of them we hadn’t tried before however it was so much fun tasting each one! Some of the food we were familiar with, but served with a twist.
With full stomachs we all headed back to school, still talking about the wonderful time we had. I’m sure we would all love to go again.
