In-School Celebration Day
We will also be offering an In-School Celebration Day, giving pupils the chance to enjoy a fun-filled day of entertainment on site. Activities will include a range of exciting inflatables and challenge attractions such as assault courses, bungee run, surf simulator, slides and wipeout-style games, alongside a silent disco and other activities, creating a lively and memorable celebration in a familiar school setting.
Cost and Information
The cost to participate in the activities is £9.00.
We aim to be an inclusive school and will endeavour to support children who wish to go but whose financial situation presents a barrier. pupils in receipt of free school meals will automatically receive a discount in MCAS for the chosen activity.
This go live in the Educational Visits and Trips section of MCAS on Friday 20th March at 6.00pm. All monies paid are non-refundable.
On the Day
The day will be split into multiple sessions with each group having allocated time for each of the sessions on offer. Pupils are to arrive at school for 8.30am where they will be directed to a registration base for the day.
Food and Beverages
Lunch on the day will follow an American Diner theme, with pupils able to choose from a range of popular meal options, each served with fries and a bottle of water. Choices will include chicken bites, beef burger, cheeseburger, cheese and tomato pizza, hot dog, or a vegan hot dog.
Lunch will be at a set meal deal cost of £2.60 and is payable by normal cashless catering procedures,
What to bring and wear
Pupils can wear their own casual clothing however, please ensure that this is weather appropriate clothing; waterproofs, sun cream and hats may be needed. Some of the activates will be based outside on the playing fields. It is advisable to wear long- sleeved tops and long trousers on the inflatables to prevent against friction burns.
